Tonight in India, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama are attending the Indian State Dinner in New Delhi. The president and first lady are the honored guests of Pratibha Patil, the President of India, and her husband, Devisingh Patil.
For this state dinner event, Michelle chose to wear a floor-length, sparkling silver skirt paired with a golden blouse and belt.
